Daniel D’Costa, Esq. is the Founder, Shareholder, and Principal Attorney of Med Recovery Solutions Law Group, P.C. (“MRS Law Group”). In addition to several other award winning practice areas, Daniel concentrates his practice at MRS Law Group on the Federal No-Surprises Act arbitration, New York and New Jersey surprise billing arbitration, no-fault collection, and health law.

Daniel focuses on providing his clients with cost-effective innovative solutions to ensure his clients are provided the best financial outcome while still being protected legally. Daniel advises his clients to help streamline reimbursement procedures and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Daniel also serves as Outside General Counsel to several medical providers and management services organization (MSO). Daniel has consistently advised management on healthcare compliance matters, litigation, labor and employment law, and insurance law.

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Legal Studies from Hofstra University Honors College. He earned his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York as well as federally in The United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Daniel is a member of the American Bar Association, American Health Law Association, Nassau County Bar Association, Suffolk County Bar Association, and New York State Bar Association.
